Terms and Conditions

Pricing Information

All prices listed on our website are subject to VAT (20%) and an airport fee of £14.50, applicable when collecting passengers from the airport.

  • Airport Pickup: We offer 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. After this period, a waiting charge of £15 will apply for every additional 15 minutes.
  • London Pickup: For pickups within London (residential or business addresses), we provide up to 15 minutes of free waiting time from the specified postcode. After this, a charge of £15 will apply for every additional 15 minutes.

Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellations: Our fares are based on a direct journey with the passenger ready to travel at the specified time and location. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a full charge.
  • Pickup from UK Addresses: For pickups from any UK address, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled booking time. If the passenger cannot be contacted (via doorbell or phone), the driver will be released, and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.
  • Changes to Bookings: Amendments to any booking may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes.

Additional Charges

  • Surcharge on Peak Dates: A 50% surcharge will apply on the following dates: 24th, 26th, and 31st December, and 1st January. A 100% surcharge will apply on the 25th December.
  • Additional Stops/Diverted Routes: If a passenger requests a stop or diversion during the journey that was not part of the original booking, a minimum additional charge of £30 will apply.
  • Card Payments: All credit/debit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made 8 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • If the passenger misses the flight and informs us in advance by phone or email, obtaining a cancellation number.

Refunds are subject to a minimum cancellation fee based on the booked trip.

No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect booking details, such as wrong date, flight number, or misleading information.
  • If the passenger departs the airport or any agreed pickup address without informing GRP Chauffeur.
Cancellation Policy: A full charge will apply for cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For "as directed" bookings (24 hours minimum notice required), a minimum of 4 hours' charge will apply.

Contractual Agreement

By using our services, you are contracting directly with GRP Chauffeur for the provision of transportation services.

  • Contractual Relationship: GRP Chauffeur, the licensed operator, will enter into a contractual agreement with the customer for the journey specified in the booking. This is in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
  • Carriage of Passengers and Luggage: The customer contracts on behalf of themselves and all passengers included in the booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our chauffeurs monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their schedule accordingly and be there to meet you when you land. The complimentary waiting time begins from the actual landing time, not the originally scheduled time.

To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team by phone at 020 37740249 or email at bookings@grprestigechauffeur.com. Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. Remember that cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a full charge.

Yes, you can amend your booking details, including pickup time or location. Please contact us as soon as possible to make these changes. Amendments may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes and how close to the scheduled pickup time they are made.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that all card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. We also accept cash payments directly to the driver upon completion of your journey.
